STEPS OF COOKING
Mix together FAWRI Chicken Tikka Mix, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons oil. Apply on chicken pieces and marinate for 3 hours +.
Put each portion of chicken on skewer and place it on low heat of charcoal / gas grill.
Grill evenly on each side until meat is tender and done. Apply butter before removing from heat.
MEAT MASALA

STEPS OF COOKING
Add FAWRI Meat Masala and salt to meat, rub and leave for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan, fry sliced onions until light brown. Add ginger paste, green chilies, curry leaves & stir fry for 2-3 minutes
Add meat and water 4-5 cups (800ml-1000ml) and cook until meat is tender.
VEGETABLE MASALA

STEPS OF COOKING
Pour the vegetables into the bowl, add 2 cups (400ml) water & boil until half tender.
Heat the oil in a separate pan, sauté curry leaves and onion until brown.
Add tomatoes, green chili and sauté. Add FAWRI Vegetable Masala and stir well.
Add cooked vegetables in ½ cup of water and boil. When the gravy is almost dry add coconut milk, salt and stir well. Remove from flame before boiling and serve hot.

STEPS OF COOKING
Heat Oil, sauté ginger, green chilies, garlic and curry leaves.
Add FAWRI Fish Masala and stir well. Put the fish pieces along with tamarind water and salt. Cook on low flame until tender.
TANDOORI MASALA

STEPS OF COOKING
Mix lemon juice, food color, FAWRI Tandoori Masala Mix and 2 tablespoons oil / butter. Apply to chicken pieces. Prick all over the meat. Set aside for 30 minutes.
Apply strained yogurt and set aside for 3 hours +.
Arrange the pieces in a tray and discard the marinade. Bake in a preheated oven, (350°F) for 25 minutes. Apply remaining oil / melted butter on chicken and place the tray under high setting of grill until lightly brown or barbecue. Serving
